Our physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online complaints or requests. All of our staff members with access to personal information obtained on our web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy.

How We Use Personal Information Collected Online

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. We use personal information to reply to enquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other party.

BY 3D Business Services INC.

3D Business Services Inc. (3DBS) sell visual representations in the form of three-dimensional (3D) images.

You may use these images on condition that you accept the stipulations of the present licence (validation of an order constitutes acceptance of the stipulations contained in the licence).

Article 1 - Copyright

The present licence does not in any way entitle you to copyright protection in respect of the images sold by 3DBS.

Such copyright shall remain the entire property of 3DBS and, as appropriate, any person having participated in producing the images in question.

Article 2 - Right of use

The present licence grants you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the images created by 3DBS specified in your order.

There is, however, no time limit on using the images created by 3DBS that are covered by the present licence for personal purposes.

Article 3 - Materials on which the images may be used

The images sold by 3DBS that you buy may be used on any material for editorial purposes.

The following rules must, however, be observed scrupulously:

1)  If an image is to be circulated electronically, the size of the image may not exceed 1024 by 768 pixels. A larger image may only be accessed by the purchaser; such access must not be rendered possible for a third party.

2)  No original of any of the images created by 3DBS may be put on an Internet site without first being modified. An image may only be circulated on the Internet once it has been transformed and limited to a resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels.

An image shall be deemed transformed if it has been either:

•  made up (parameters altered, text added, colours changed) and/or set (eg special effects or text added);

•  or "downgraded" for circulation via the Internet (compression and loss inherent in the formats GIF, JPEG and PNG) - this means that no-loss formats such as TIFF and PSD may not be used.

3)  You may not decompile , disassemble or reverse-engineer the image, the software or any other material covered by the present licence.

4)  Images sold by 3DBS may be printed on articles used for promotional purposes. They may not, however, be printed on any article intended for resale without first obtaining specific authorisation from 3DBS and paying the corresponding fee.

5)  Except for Internet sites and intranet networks, an image created by 3DBS may only be reproduced if you quote our company and the source of the image in question (see copyright string credits above each picture). For example : 3d picture © 3D Weave - 3dpixs.com or illustration (c) 3DBS inc.

Article 4 - Purchaser's liability

In purchasing images from 3DBS, you undertake to protect 3DBS, its shareholders, employees and partners from any legal claims brought by third parties that may have, through you, either used the said images or been placed in a situation of being unable to use the images, regardless of whether any prejudice they may have suffered is direct or indirect, accidental or otherwise.

In purchasing and using images sold by 3DBS, you accept to abide by national and international regulations governing copyright and intellectual property rights.

You are informed that your use of an image sold by 3DBS of a building, a brand name, a monument or a commercial logo is subject to the prior agreement of the owner of the intellectual property rights or commercial rights or the owner of the logo.

You are also responsible for the use that you make of images sold by 3DBS and you undertake to abide by the legislation and regulations in force in all the countries concerned. 3DBS supplies virtual images that comply with international legislation and may not be held liable for your use of them.

Article 5 - 3D Business Service's liability

We guarantee 3DBS's images covered by the present licence against any manufacturing defect for a period of thirty days.

The cost of images created by 3DBS may be refunded during the period laid down in legislation and regulations on condition that it is demonstrated technically that the images have not been downloaded.

We cannot be held responsible if our images are not suitable or designed for a specific use.

The images sold by 3DBS are original creations that are not intended to reproduce reality. The resemblance of the images to real objects or persons is inherent in this type of process.

On the other hand, any identical reproduction of currently or previously existent real objects or persons is either fortuitous or duly authorised.

3DBS undertakes to inform you immediately if one of the 3D images that you purchase should be modified to take into account a claim brought by a third party and undertakes to replace it by another equivalent 3D image.

Article 6 - General provisions

All rights concerning the image remain the property of 3DBS and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable legislation. All rights not specifically granted by this licence remain with 3DBS. Failure to comply with any single provision of this licence would result in its automatic termination, in which case you would have to stop using the image(s) and return both the image(s) and all copies to 3DBS
